Our Charrette Story
PS3’s modern story began in 1971 with a charrette, a collaborative planning process that brought parents, teachers, community members, and educational leaders together to imagine a different kind of public school. Their vision of child-centered learning, integrated arts, family participation, and independent thinking continues to shape PS3 today.
